THE TATTLER
DECEMBER 2009
DIRECTOR NOTES:
Christmas hustle and bustle, caroling, music, shopping and great baked goodies makes this my favorite time of the year. This is also a time for family and counting our blessings. I am blessed with a wonderful husband, Chuck and two daughters, Melissa and Marcy and their husbands, Brad and Matt and the best blessing of all...Skylar, Matthew, Landry and Allie, my grandchildren. God is good to us. Take the next few weeks and think about your blessings and what God has blessed you with.
Here at Soldier Creek we will be having several special events I would like for you to take note of:
December 13th at 11:00am our choir will perform “
December 24th we will have 2 Christmas Eve services 5:30pm & 11:00pm
December 25th Christmas Dinner (if you have no place or family to spend
the day with come by for dinner) 12:00
On a personal note, our youth pastor whom is also one our child care parent is very sick. He has a brain tumor and has had some complications from it; please pray for him and his family during this time. I know they would cherish those prayers. God says: Ask and you shall receive. It is our prayer that he recovers from this terrible disease
